As stewards of this business we believe our mission is to TEAR away the veil that shrouds the law (Teach, Empower, Avoid, Reveal). It is our belief that if we simplify the law through education and preparation you will be better equipped to understand your situation. We do this through TEAR......
TEACH
Simply stated the law is nothing but words. Defining words are key to comprehending legal jargon. As LDAs we are able to assist you in obtaining published legal information that will help you follow legal procedures. We are not allowed to give advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or strategies. Since each of you come to us with an unique story and your story involves some legal issue, once you understand the words you are able to make an informed decision on how to proceed.
EMPOWER
Now having a better understanding of the key words that affect your legal situation, you are now prepared to act. Understanding the legal process enables you to take charge, prepare the necessary documents, and effectively represent yourself.
AVOID CONFLICT
Our complex legal system promotes conflict. In order to avoid this, we at Judicial Self Help Center suggest that you work diligently to resolve all differences outside of court. The chance of an agreement being honored increase when the parties agree on its terms.
REVEAL TRUTH
Identifying the truth behind your actions help you reveal its root. The truth also promotes an honest assessment of motivation, uncovers pride and principles, and promotes healing.
Don't Forget the FIRST AMENDMENT of the United States Constitution
All citizens have a right to “petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” We are here to help assist you in exercising your right..... Supporting Legal Access......
